- Primary Goals and Objectives:
As a freelance Sales Executive, your primary goal will be to obtain new clients for our subtitling, dubbing, and text translation services.
- Location:
Must be a resident of Dubai, Sharjah in United Arabic Emirates. (Mandatory)
- Responsibilities:
– Research and identify potential clients in TV channels, streaming networks, social media, and content creators.
– Initiate contact and book meetings with potential clients through online, phone, or on-premise channels.
– Hand sales leads to closers for further negotiation and closure.
- Marketing Strategies:
We’re a new company, currently utilizing social media as our primary marketing platform.
- Measurement of Success:
Success will be measured by the count of signed contracts and new sales generated.
- Target Audience:
Our focus is on TV channels, streaming networks, and their partners, as well as social media and content creators.
- Promoted Products/Services:
The Marketing Executive will primarily promote our Dubbing, Subtitling, and Localization services.
- Autonomy and Decision-Making:
You will have the autonomy to negotiate prices, choose who to contact, and decide on potential clients.
- Incentive Structure:
You’ll receive percentage-based compensation per account, with earnings continuing as long as the client utilizes our services and you’re still with us.
- Performance Targets:
You’ll be expected to achieve a minimum of 5000 minutes of subtitling per month.
- Support and Resources:
We provide transportation allowance, phone bundles, and cover some expenses for the first two months until you start generating revenue.
- Professional Development:

- Qualities/Skills Desired:
We’re seeking charismatic individuals with fluent English and knowledge in the field.
